(4)In this paragraph “enactment” includes an enactment comprised in, or in an instrument made under, an Act of the Scottish Parliament.

House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975

2In Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975, in the entry relating to the chairman or non-executive member of the National Health Service Commissioning Board, for “the National Health Service Commissioning Board” substitute “NHS England”.

Access to Health Records Act 1990
