  • Chairman of the Scottish Land Court.

  • Circuit Judge.

  • Sheriff Principal or Sheriff (other than Honorary Sheriff) appointed under the M1Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 1907, or Temporary Sheriff Principal or Temporary Sheriff appointed under the M2Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 1971.
