7(1)The Commissioner may resign from office by giving the Welsh Ministers not less than 3 months' notice in writing of the Commissioner's intention to do so.E+W
(2)The Welsh Ministers may dismiss the Commissioner if satisfied that the Commissioner—
(a)is unfit to continue as Commissioner, or
(b)is unable or unwilling to exercise the Commissioner's functions.
