(2)Notice shall be sent to the [F3Relevant Authority] of any change of the society’s name or of the situation of its registered office.

(a)if given by the Housing Corporation, shall be given by order under its seal, and

(4)A copy of that consent shall be sent with the copies of the amendment required by [F9section 16 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 (“the 2014 Act”)] to be sent to the [F2Financial Conduct Authority].
(5)[F10The 2014 Act] applies in relation to the provisions of this paragraph as if they were contained in [F11section 16] of that Act (amendment of registered rules).

Asesiadau Effaith
Impact Assessments generally accompany all UK Government interventions of a regulatory nature that affect the private sector, civil society organisations and public services. They apply regardless of whether the regulation originates from a domestic or international source and can accompany primary (Acts etc) and secondary legislation (SIs). An Impact Assessment allows those with an interest in the policy area to understand:
- Why the government is proposing to intervene;
- The main options the government is considering, and which one is preferred;
- How and to what extent new policies may impact on them; and,
- The estimated costs and benefits of proposed measures.
