Dyletswydd i wneud, adolygu a diwygio mapiau sŵn strategol: prif feysydd awyr heb eu dynodi

11.—(1) Dim ond i brif feysydd awyr heb eu dynodi y mae'r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys.

(2) Rhaid i'r awdurdod cymwys, heb fod yn hwyrach na 31 Mawrth 2007, a phob pum mlynedd wedi hynny—

(a)gwneud map sŵn strategol yn dangos beth oedd y sefyllfa o ran y maes awyr yn y flwyddyn galendr flaenorol; a

(b)cyflwyno'r map hwnnw i'r Cynulliad ynghyd â data mewnbwn a metadata.

(3) O bryd i'w gilydd, a pha bryd bynnag y bydd prif ddatblygiad yn digwydd ac yn effeithio ar y sefyllfa bresennol o ran sŵn, rhaid i'r awdurdod cymwys—

(a)adolygu; a

(b)diwygio, os bydd angen,

unrhyw fap sŵn strategol map a wnaed yn unol â pharagraff (2) ac a fabwysiadwyd yn unol â rheoliad 23.

(4) Rhaid i'r awdurdod cymwys gyflwyno i'r Cynulliad unrhyw fap sŵn strategol a ddiwygiwyd yn unol â pharagraff (3)(b), ynghyd â data mewnbwn a metadata, a hynny o fewn tri diwrnod gwaith i'w ddiwygio.
