PENNOD 2MAPIAU Sŵn STRATEGOL –FFYNONELLAU Sŵn AC EITHRIO MEYSYDD AWYR HEB EU DYNODI

Cymhwyso

5.  Nid yw'r Bennod hon yn gymwys i sŵn o feysydd awyr heb eu dynodi.

Awdurdod Cymwys

6.  Yr awdurdod cymwys o ran y Bennod hon yw'r Cynulliad.

Dyletswydd i wneud, adolygu a diwygio mapiau sŵn strategol

7.—(1) Rhaid i'r awdurdod cymwys, heb fod yn hwyrach na 30 Mehefin 2007, wneud ac, yn unol â rheoliad 23, fabwysiadu mapiau sŵn strategol yn dangos y sefyllfa yn y flwyddyn galendr flaenorol ar gyfer yr holl—

(a)crynodrefi cylch cyntaf;

(b)prif ffyrdd cylch cyntaf;

(c)prif reilffyrdd cylch cyntaf; ac

(ch)prif feysydd awyr.

(2) Rhaid i'r awdurdod cymwys, heb fod yn hwyrach na 30 Mehefin 2012, a phob pum mlynedd ar ôl hynny, wneud ac, yn unol â rheoliad 23, fabwysiadu mapiau sŵn strategol yn dangos y sefyllfa yn y flwyddyn galendr flaenorol ar gyfer yr holl—

(a)crynodrefi;

(b)prif ffyrdd;

(c)prif reilffyrdd; ac

(ch)prif feysydd awyr.

(3) O bryd i'w gilydd, a pha bryd bynnag y bydd prif ddatblygiad yn digwydd ac yn effeithio ar y sefyllfa bresennol o ran sŵn, rhaid i'r awdurdod cymwys—

(a)adolygu; a

(b)diwygio, os bydd angen,

unrhyw fapiau sŵn strategol a wnaed yn unol â pharagraffau (1) neu (2) ac a fabwysiadwyd yn unol â rheoliad 23.
