6.—(1) Rhaid ymdrin ag unrhyw beth sydd wedi'i wneud neu sydd heb ei wneud wneud gan berson a benodwyd wrth, arfer, neu'n honni arfer, unrhyw swyddogaeth y mae'r penodiad yn ymwneud â hi i bob pwrpas fel rhywbeth sydd wedi'i wneud neu heb ei wneud gan y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol.
(2) Ni fydd is-baragraff (1) uchod yn gymwys—
(a)at ddibenion cymaint o unrhyw gontract a wnaed rhwng y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol a'r person a benodwyd ag sy'n ymwneud ag arfer y swyddogaeth; neu
(b)at ddibenion unrhyw achos troseddol a gafodd ei ddwyn mewn perthynas ag unrhyw beth a gafodd ei wneud neu na chafodd ei wneud fel y crybwyllwyd yn yr is-baragraff hwnnw.
