Symud anifeiliaid yng Nghymru
34.—(1) Mae Atodlen 1 yn gymwys o ran symud anifail gydag un tag sydd wedi dod i mewn i Gymru o Loegr, yr Alban neu Ogledd Iwerddon.
(2) At bwrpas yr erthygl hon, “anifail gydag un tag” (“single tagged animal”) yw anifail a anwyd ar ôl 9 Gorffennaf 2005 ac a adnabuwyd yn Lloegr, yr Alban neu Ogledd Iwerddon gyda dim ond y dull cyntaf o adnabod yn unol ag Erthygl 4(2)(a) o Reoliad y Cyngor ac unrhyw ddarpariaethau sy'n rhoi grym i'r Erthygl honno yn Lloegr, yr Alban neu Ogledd Iwerddon.
