33. Ni chaiff unrhyw berson dderbyn anifail o Loegr, yr Alban neu Ogledd Iwerddon oni bai ei fod wedi ei adnabod a'i dagio a bod ganddo ddogfen symud yn unol â—
(a)Rheoliad y Cyngor, yn achos anifail a anwyd ar ôl 9 Gorffennaf 2005, gan gynnwys unrhyw randdirymiad a weithredwyd o dan Reoliad y Cyngor; neu
(b)yn achos anifail a anwyd ar neu cyn 9 Gorffennaf 2005, unrhyw un o'r Gorchmynion blaenorol ac unrhyw ofynion ychwanegol sydd wedi eu gosod mewn deddfwriaeth sy'n gorfodi Rheoliad y Cyngor.
