Mae Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd gan adrannau 1, 8(1) a 72 o Ddeddf Iechyd Anifeiliaid 1981(1), yn gwneud y Gorchymyn canlynol:

Trosglwyddwyd y swyddogaethau a roddwyd i'r "Gweinidog priodol" a'r "Gweinidogion" o dan Ddeddf 1981 i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru gan Orchymyn Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru (Trosglwyddo Swyddogaethau) 1999 (O.S. 1999/672). Trosglwyddwyd y swyddogaethau a roddwyd i'r "Ysgrifennydd Gwladol", o dan Ddeddf 1981 ac eithrio'r swyddogaethau sydd wedi eu cynnwys yn Atodlen 1 o Ddeddf 1981, i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru gan Orchymyn Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru (Trosglwyddo Swyddogaethau) 2004 (O. S. 2004/3044).
