(1)Caiff rheoliadau wneud darpariaeth ynghylch telerau y mae rhaid eu cynnwys mewn contract gwasanaeth bysiau lleol.
(2)Caiff y ddarpariaeth honno ymwneud ag unrhyw un neu ragor o’r materion a ganlyn (ymhlith materion eraill)—
(a)prydlondeb, dibynadwyedd a diogelwch;
(b)amlder ac amseru;
(c)llwybrau ac ardaloedd gweithredu;
(d)trefniadau ar gyfer penderfynu pryd y caiff teithwyr eu codi neu eu gollwng;
(e)mannau esgyn a mannau disgyn;
(f)archebu siwrneiau;
(g)cadw cofnodion;
(h)cerbydau (gan gynnwys cyfleusterau sydd i’w darparu a gwybodaeth sydd i’w harddangos ar gerbydau), allyriadau cerbydau, a mathau o danwydd neu bŵer;
(i)cysylltiadau â gwasanaethau trafnidiaeth gyhoeddus i deithwyr ac â gwasanaethau adran 19;
(j)siwrneiau teithwyr sy’n golygu teithio ar fwy nag un gwasanaeth bysiau lleol, neu deithio ar wasanaeth bysiau lleol a gwasanaethau trafnidiaeth gyhoeddus i deithwyr neu wasanaethau adran 19;
(k)tocynnu, taliadau teithio, a sut y caniateir dangos tystiolaeth o hawl i deithio;
(l)addysg a hyfforddiant;
(m)rhyngweithio â chwsmeriaid, gan gynnwys mewn cysylltiad ag adborth gan gwsmeriaid, a gweithdrefnau ar gyfer ymdrin â chwynion a digwyddiadau;
(n)cydymffurfiaeth â gofynion statudol;
(o)cymhellion ar gyfer gwella ansawdd gwasanaeth;
(p)cyfleusterau ac amwynderau sydd i’w darparu i unrhyw berson;
(q)taliadau i unrhyw berson.
(3)Caiff rheoliadau o dan is-adran (1)—
(a)nodi ffurf safonol ar gyfer telerau y mae rhaid eu cynnwys mewn contract gwasanaeth bysiau lleol;
(b)rhagnodi amgylchiadau pan ganiateir defnyddio’r ffurf safonol honno neu pan fo rhaid ei defnyddio mewn contract gwasanaeth bysiau lleol.
