Gall Gorchmynion Cychwyn a restrir yn y blwch 'Newidiadau i Ddeddfwriaeth' fel rhai sydd heb eu gwneud eto ddod â'r fersiwn ragolygol hon i rym.

(1)Caiff yr Awdurdod roi hysbysiad (“hysbysiad gwybodaeth”) i berson sy’n ei gwneud yn ofynnol i’r person roi gwybodaeth i’r Awdurdod o ddisgrifiad a bennir yn yr hysbysiad, os yw’r Awdurdod—
(a)yn ystyried y bydd gwybodaeth o’r disgrifiad hwnnw yn ei alluogi neu ei gynorthwyo i adnabod neu asesu bygythiad i sefydlogrwydd tomen nas defnyddir, neu i asesu sefydlogrwydd tomen nas defnyddir, a
(b)bod ganddo reswm i gredu bod yr wybodaeth ym meddiant y person neu o dan reolaeth y person.
(2)Caiff hysbysiad gwybodaeth ei gwneud yn ofynnol i berson roi’r wybodaeth mewn ffordd ac ar ffurf a bennir yn yr hysbysiad.
(3)Caiff hysbysiad gwybodaeth ei gwneud yn ofynnol i berson roi’r wybodaeth o fewn—
(a)20 o ddiwrnodau gwaith sy’n dechrau â’r diwrnod gwaith cyntaf drannoeth y diwrnod y rhoddir yr hysbysiad, neu
(b)unrhyw gyfnod hwy a bennir yn yr hysbysiad neu a gytunir gan yr Awdurdod.
(4)Nid yw’r adran hon yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol nac yn caniatáu i wybodaeth gael ei rhoi yn groes i unrhyw waharddiad a osodir gan ddeddfiad neu reol gyfreithiol arall.
(5)Ni chaiff yr Awdurdod roi hysbysiad gwybodaeth i awdurdod cyhoeddus perthnasol.
