(1)Daw’r adran hon ac adran 10 i rym drannoeth y diwrnod y caiff y Ddeddf hon y Cydsyniad Brenhinol.
(2)Daw’r darpariaethau a ganlyn i rym ar ddiwedd y cyfnod o ddau fis sy’n dechrau â’r diwrnod y caiff y Ddeddf hon y Cydsyniad Brenhinol—
(a)adran 2, ac eithrio bod y cyfeiriadau at “offeryn statudol Cymreig” yn y testun a fewnosodir gan is-adrannau (1) a (2) i’w darllen fel “offeryn statudol” hyd nes y daw Rhan 2A o Ddeddf Deddfwriaeth (Cymru) 2019 i rym;
(b)adran 4;
(c)adran 7;
(d)Atodlen 1;
(e)Atodlen 2.
(3)Ond os nad yw paragraff 29(2) o Atodlen 8 i Ddeddf Ffyniant Bro ac Adfywio 2023 (p. 55) (diwygio adran 1(1) o Ddeddf Cynllunio ac Ynni 2008 (p. 21)) mewn grym ar ddiwedd y cyfnod a grybwyllir yn is-adran (2), daw paragraff 22(2)(a)(i) o Atodlen 1 i rym pan ddaw paragraff 29(2) o Atodlen 8 i’r Ddeddf honno i rym.
(4)Daw’r darpariaethau eraill yn y Ddeddf hon i rym ar ddiwrnod (neu ddiwrnodau) a bennir gan Weinidogion Cymru mewn gorchymyn a wneir drwy offeryn statudol.
