Ar ôl adran 42 o Ddeddf Deddfwriaeth (Cymru) 2019 (dccc 4), mewnosoder—
“42AAdolygu Rhannau 2A a 2B o’r Ddeddf hon
(1)Rhaid i’r Cwnsler Cyffredinol adolygu gweithrediad ac effaith Rhannau 2A a 2B.
(2)Rhaid i’r adolygiad gael ei gynnal yn ystod y cyfnod—
(a)sy’n dechrau ddwy flynedd ar ôl y diwrnod y daw’r Rhannau hynny i rym, a
(b)sy’n dod i ben heb fod yn hwyrach na thair blynedd ar ôl y diwrnod hwnnw.
(3)Fel rhan o’r adolygiad, rhaid i’r Cwnsler Cyffredinol ymgynghori â’r Llywydd a Chlerc y Senedd, ac unrhyw berson arall y mae’r Cwnsler Cyffredinol yn ei ystyried yn briodol.
(4)Rhaid i’r adroddiad blynyddol nesaf a lunnir gan y Cwnsler Cyffredinol o dan adran 2(7) ar ôl i’r adolygiad gael ei gwblhau gynnwys—
(a)gwybodaeth am y materion a ystyriwyd fel rhan o’r adolygiad, a
(b)casgliadau’r Cwnsler Cyffredinol.”
