Fees payable by the person in charge of a chicken or turkey holding from which an official sample is taken, processed and examined for the purposes of Regulation (EC) No 2160/2003

(3) “public holiday” means Christmas Day, Good Friday or a bank holiday in Wales under the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971(1).
