Y cynllun iechyd dofednod: ffioedd
5.—(1) Mae Atodlen 2 yn nodi’r ffioedd sy’n daladwy am weithgareddau a gynhelir gan Weinidogion Cymru mewn perthynas â’r cynllun iechyd dofednod(1).
(2) Yn Atodlen 2—
(a)mae’r ffioedd sy’n daladwy gan geiswyr am y gweithgareddau cymeradwyo a chofrestru a bennir yng ngholofn 1 o Dabl 1 wedi eu pennu yn y cofnodion cyfatebol yng ngholofn 2 o’r Tabl hwnnw; a
(b)mae’r ffioedd sy’n daladwy gan weithredwr labordy am y gweithgareddau a bennir yng ngholofn 1 o Dabl 2 wedi eu pennu yn y cofnodion cyfatebol yng ngholofn 2 o’r Tabl hwnnw.

Mae’r cynllun iechyd dofednod yn cynnig system gofrestru a chymeradwyo sy’n galluogi sefydliadau i wirhau cydymffurfiaeth â deddfwriaeth yr UE fel eu bod yn gymwys wedyn i allforio mwy nag 20 o gywion neu wyau deor i Aelod-wladwriaethau eraill yr UE. Yn ychwanegol, mae’n darparu ar gyfer cynnal profion ar hyfedredd y labordai sy’n profi samplau ar ran aelodau’r cynllun iechyd dofednod.
