Datgan parthau lle y mae clefyd Affricanaidd y ceffylau yn cael ei amau neu wedi ei gadarnhau y tu allan i Gymru

20.—(1) Mae’r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys—

(a)pan fo presenoldeb feirws clefyd Affricanaidd y ceffylau yn cael ei amau neu wedi ei gadarnhau’n swyddogol at ddibenion Cyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 92/35/EEC, sy’n gosod rheolau a mesurau rheoli i drechu clefyd Affricanaidd y ceffylau(1) y tu allan i Gymru, a

(b)pan fo Gweinidogion Cymru yn barnu bod risg y gallai feirws clefyd Affricanaidd y ceffylau ymledu i Gymru.

(2) Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru ddatgan, yng Nghymru, unrhyw un neu ragor o’r canlynol—

(a)parth cyfyngu dros dro ar symud;

(b)parth rheolaeth;

(c)parth gwarchod;

(d)parth gwyliadwriaeth;

(e)parth haint.

(3) Rhaid i unrhyw barth a ddatgenir o dan y rheoliad hwn fod o’r maint hwnnw a fernir yn angenrheidiol gan Weinidogion Cymru i leihau’r risg y gallai feirws clefyd Affricanaidd y ceffylau ymledu.

(4) Mae rheoliadau 17(4) a (5), 18(5) i (9) a 19(3) yn gymwys i unrhyw barth a ddatgenir o dan y rheoliad hwn fel petai’n barth a ddatgenir o dan reoliad 17, 18 neu 19 (fel y bo’n gymwys).
