Parthau haint

19.—(1) Mae’r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys pan fo arolygydd milfeddygol yn dod i’r casgliad fod feirws clefyd Affricanaidd y ceffylau yn debygol o fod yn bresennol mewn ceffyl nad yw’n un caeth.

(2) Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru ddatgan parth haint o’r maint hwnnw a fernir yn angenrheidiol gan Weinidogion Cymru er mwyn lleihau’r risg y gallai feirws clefyd Affricanaidd y ceffylau ymledu.

(3) Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru ddatgan—

(a)cyfyngiadau ar symud ceffylau i’r parth haint neu ohono;

(b)bod unrhyw fesur arall, a fernir yn angenrheidiol i leihau’r risg y gallai feirws clefyd Affricanaidd y ceffylau ymledu, yn gymwys mewn perthynas â’r cyfan neu unrhyw ran o’r parth haint.
