Gofynion cnydau a hadau
50.—(1) Rhaid i archwiliadau o'r cnydau gan arolygwyr cnydau swyddogol neu drwyddedig gael eu cynnal yn unol ag Erthygl 2(4)(A) o Gyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 2002/55/EC ar farchnata hadau llysiau(1) ac Atodiad I i'r Gyfarwyddeb honno, a rhaid i'r cnwd fodloni'r amodau yn yr Atodiad hwnnw.
(2) Rhaid i'r hadau a gynhyrchir gan y cnwd gael eu samplu yn unol ag Erthygl 25 o'r Gyfarwyddeb honno ac Atodiad III iddi, a rhaid iddynt fodloni'r amodau yn Atodiad II i'r Gyfarwyddeb honno.
(3) Nid yw is-baragraff (1) yn gymwys yn achos hadau safonol.
(4) Rhaid i glefydau ac organebau niweidiol sy'n lleihau defnyddioldeb yr hadau fod ar y lefel isaf bosibl.
(5) Ar ôl eu marchnata, mae hadau llysiau yn ddarostyngedig i reolaeth gan Weinidogion Cymru, o ran hunaniaeth amrywogaethol a phurdeb amrywogaethol.
