Ystyr “hadau ardystiedig, ail genhedlaeth”

39.—(1) Hadau ardystiedig, ail genhedlaeth yw hadau llin, had llin, soia neu gywarch monoecaidd.

(2) Yn achos llin, had llin a soia, maent yn hadau—

(a)sydd wedi eu cynhyrchu'n uniongyrchol o hadau sylfaenol, o hadau ardystiedig o'r genhedlaeth gyntaf, neu, os gofynnir felly gan y bridiwr, o hadau cyn-sylfaenol sy'n bodloni'r amodau ar gyfer hadau sylfaenol; a

(b)a fwriedir—

(i)at ddibenion ac eithrio cynhyrchu hadau, neu,

(ii)pan fo'n briodol, cynhyrchu hadau ardystiedig, trydedd genhedlaeth.

(3) Yn achos cywarch monoceaidd, maent yn hadau—

(a)sydd wedi eu cynhyrchu'n uniongyrchol o hadau ardystiedig o'r genhedlaeth gyntaf, a sefydlwyd ac a reolwyd yn swyddogol gyda golwg ar gynhyrchu hadau ardystiedig o'r ail genhedlaeth; a

(b)a fwriedir ar gyfer cynhyrchu cywarch sydd i'w gynaeafu yn ei flodau.
