Cymhwyso is-ddeddfau i'r rheilffordd estyniadol
16.—(1) Bydd yr is-ddeddfau a wnaed gan Gymdeithas Rheilffordd Llangollen Cyfyngedig mewn perthynas â'r rheilffordd bresennol ac a gadarnhawyd gan yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol ar 4 Gorffennaf 1986 yn gymwys i'r rheilffordd estyniadol megis y maent yn gymwys i'r rheilffordd bresennol.
(2) Bydd paragraff (1) yn cael ei effaith mewn perthynas â'r rheilffordd estyniadol neu unrhyw ran ohoni ar y dyddiad y bydd y rheilffordd honno neu unrhyw ran ohoni wedi ei chwblhau ac ar agor i draffig ac o'r dyddiad hwnnw ymlaen.
