Adnabod anifeiliaid ar gyfer eu hallforio

9.—(1) Rhaid i geidwad adnabod pob anifail ar gyfer ei allforio drwy'r modd adnabod cyntaf a'r ail fodd adnabod fel a osodir yn Erthygl 4(2)(a) a (b) o Reoliad y Cyngor neu erthygl 6(4)(b), ac eithrio bod yn rhaid i'r ail fodd adnabod fod yn dag adnabod ac nid yn datw.

(2) Ni chaiff neb draddodi anifail af gyfer ei allforio-

(a)os cafodd ei dagio yn unol ag erthygl 8;

(b)os cafodd ei aildagio yn unol ag erthygl 7(3)(b), 18(3)(a), 18(4)(a) 19(5)(a) neu 19(6)(a); neu

(c)os cafodd ei aildagio yn unol ag erthygl 17(4) ac o ganlyniad caiff ei adnabod drwy ddau fodd adnabod o'r newydd.
