Adnabod anifeiliaid a fewnforir o drydydd gwledydd

10.—(1) Rhaid i geidwad gydymffurfio ag Erthygl 4(4) o Reoliad y Cyngor a'r erthygl hon.

(2) At ddibenion Erthygl 4(4) (y paragraff cyntaf) o Reoliad y Cyngor, y cyfnod ar gyfer adnabod anifail yw 14 o ddiwrnodau.

(3) Rhaid i fodd adnabod ar gyfer anifeiliaid a fewnforir o drydydd gwledydd fod yr un fath â'r hyn a osodir yn Erthygl 4(2)(a) a (b) o Reoliad y Cyngor a'r cod adnabod at ddibenion Adran A.2 o'r Atodiad yw—

(a)y llythrennau “UK”;

(b)nod y ddiadell neu nod yr eifre ar gyfer y ddiadell neu'r eifre lle y cafodd yr anifail ei fewnforio iddi;

(c)Rhif unigryw.

(4) Os cafodd anifail ei fewnforio o drydedd gwlad a chael ei ailadnabod yn unol â'r erthygl hon, rhaid i'r ceidwad gofnodi ychwanegu modd adnabod newydd gan gynnwys y cod adnabod llawn ar y modd adnabod newydd a'r cod adnabod llawn ar y dull adnabod a osodir yn y drydedd gwlad yng ngholofnau 1, 2 a 3 o'r gofrestr.
