Enwi a chychwyn
1. Enw'r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Iechyd Planhigion (Ffioedd Arolygu Mewnforio) (Cymru) (Diwygio) (Rhif 2) 2007 a deuant i rym—
(a)at ddibenion rheoliad 2(3), ar 1 Ionawr 2008; a
(b)at bob diben arall, ar 18 Rhagfyr 2007
Diwygiadau i Reoliadau Iechyd Planhigion (Ffioedd Arolygu Mewnforio) (Cymru)(Rhif 2)
2.—(1) Diwygir Rheoliadau Iechyd Planhigion (Ffioedd Arolygu Mewnforio) (Cymru) (Rhif 2) (1) fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn lle rheoliad 3, rhodder—
“3. Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys mewn perthynas â llwythi—
(a)o blanhigion, cynhyrchion planhigion a phethau eraill o ddisgrifiad a bennir yng ngholofn gyntaf Atodiad V, Rhan B o'r Gyfarwyddeb; a
(b)o hadau Solanaceae p'un ai a ydynt wedi'u rhestru yn Atodiad V, Rhan B o'r Gyfarwyddeb ai peidio,
sydd wedi'u glanio yng Nghymru o drydedd wlad neu sy'n ddarostyngedig i gytundeb a wnaed o dan erthygl 12(6) o Orchymyn Iechyd Planhigion (Cymru) 2006(2).”.
