Mabwysiadu mapiau sŵn strategol

23.—(1) Os yw'r Cynulliad o'r farn bod map sŵn strategol—

(a)a gyflwynwyd iddo yn unol â rheoliad 11 neu 12;

(b)a gyflwynwyd iddo yn unol â pharagraff (4); neu

(c)a wnaed neu a ddiwygiwyd ganddo,

yn bodloni gofynion rheoliad (4), rhaid iddo fabwysiadu'r map.

(2) Os yw'r Cynulliad o'r farn nad yw map sŵn strategol a gyflwynir iddo yn unol â rheoliad 11 neu 12 neu baragraff (4) yn bodloni'r gofynion yn rheoliad 4 caiff—

(a)gwneud newidiadau i'r map a'i fabwysiadu; neu

(b)gwrthod y map.

(3) Os gwrthodir map sŵn strategol yn unol â pharagraff (2)(b) rhaid i'r Cynulliad hysbysu'r awdurdod cymwys a'i cyflwynodd—

(a)o'r rheswm pam na fabwysiadwyd y map; a

(b)o'r dyddiad erbyn pryd y mae'n rhaid diwygio'r map a'i ailgyflwyno.

(4) Rhaid i'r sawl sy'n derbyn hysbysiad o dan baragraff (3) gyflwyno'r map sŵn strategol sydd wedi'i ddiwygio i'r Cynulliad erbyn y dyddiad a bennir yn yr hysbysiad.

(5) Mae paragraffau (1) i (4) yn gymwys i fap sŵn strategol sydd wedi'i ddiwygio fel y maent yn gymwys i fap sŵn strategol a gyflwynir yn unol â rheoliad 11 neu 12.

(6) Os yw'r Cynulliad yn gwneud newidiadau i—

(a)map sŵn strategol; neu

(b)map sŵn strategol sydd wedi'i ddiwygio,

rhaid iddo gymryd y cyfryw gamau y mae o'r farn eu bod yn briodol er mwyn sicrhau bod y map yn cydymffurfio â gofynion rheoliad 4.
