Ysgolion gwirfoddol a reolir
18.—(1) Rhaid i gorff llywodraethu ysgol wirfoddol a reolir gynnwys y canlynol—
(a)y pennaeth, onid yw'n ymddiswyddo yn unol â rheoliad 26(1),
(b)llywodraethwyr ym mhob un o'r categorïau a bennir yng ngholofn gyntaf y tabl isod, yn y niferoedd a bennir ym mha un bynnag o'r colofnau eraill sy'n berthnasol i'r ysgol.

(2) Mae'r dewis o fod â chorff llywodraethu llai â chyfansoddiad yn unol â'r drydedd neu'r bumed golofn ar gael—
(a)yn achos ysgol uwchradd, pan fo gan yr ysgol lai na 600 o ddisgyblion cofrestredig, a
(b)yn achos ysgol gynradd, pan fo gan yr ysgol lai na 100 o ddisgyblion cofrestredig.
(3) Yn achos y dewisiadau a bennir yn y bedwaredd golofn, rhaid i gyfansoddiad corff llywodraethu ysgol gynradd y mae'r golofn honno'n gymwys iddi adlewyrchu un ai'r ddau ddewis cyntaf neu'r ddau ail ddewis.
