Ysgolion arbennig sefydledig
17.—(1) Rhaid i gorff llywodraethu ysgol arbennig sefydledig gynnwys y canlynol—
(a)y pennaeth, onid yw'n ymddiswyddo yn unol â rheoliad 26(1),
(b)llywodraethwyr ym mhob un o'r categorïau a bennir yng ngholofn gyntaf y tabl isod, yn y niferoedd a bennir un ai yn yr ail neu yn y trydydd golofn.

(2) Pan nad oes gan yr ysgol sefydliad, mae'r cyfeiriad at lywodraethwyr sefydledig yn y golofn gyntaf i'w ddarllen fel cyfeiriad at lywodraethwyr partneriaeth.
(3) Mae'r dewis o fod â chorff llywodraethu llai â chyfansoddiad yn unol â thrydydd golofn y tabl felly ar gael pa un a oes gan yr ysgol lai na 100 o ddisgyblion cofrestredig ai peidio.
(4) Yn achos y dewisiadau a bennir yn ail golofn y tabl, rhaid i gyfansoddiad corff llywodraethu ysgol arbennig sefydledig y mae'r golofn honno'n gymwys iddi adlewyrchu un ai'r ddau ddewis cyntaf neu'r ddau ail ddewis.
