Diwygio Rheoliadau Porthiant (Gorfodi) 1999

13.  Diwygir Rheoliadau Porthiant (Gorfodi) 1999 i'r graddau y maent yn gymwys i Gymru fel a ganlyn—

(a)ym mharagraff (1) o reoliad 2, yn lle'r diffiniad o “third country” rhowch y diffiniad canlynol—

““third country” means a country other than a State which is a contracting party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area signed at Oporto on 2nd May 1992(1) as adjusted by the Protocol signed at Brussels on 17th March 1993(2);”;

(b)ym mharagraffau (2) a (4) o reoliad 7, ar ôl yr ymadrodd “the Feeding Stuffs and the Feeding Stuffs (Enforcement) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2001” rhowch yr ymadrodd “and the Feeding Stuffs (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2002”;

(c)yn rheoliad 8, yn lle'r ymadrodd “as amended by the Feedingstuffs (Zootechnical Products) Regulations 1999 and as modified by the Feeding Stuffs (Wales) Regulations 2001 and amended by the Feeding Stuffs (Sampling and Analysis) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2001” rhowch yr ymadrodd “as amended by the Feedingstuffs (Zootechnical Products) Regulations 1999 and the Feeding Stuffs (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2002”; ac

(ch)yn rheoliad 9, yn nhestun is-adran (8) o adran 67 o Ddeddf Amaethyddiaeth 1970 fel y'i diwygiwyd gan y rheoliad hwnnw, ar ôl yr ymadrodd “the Feeding Stuffs and the Feeding Stuffs (Enforcement) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2001” rhowch yr ymadrodd “and the Feeding Stuffs (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2002”; a
