SCHEDULE 1 The part of the area of The Council of the City of Wakefield designated as a civil enforcement area for parking contraventions and as a special enforcement area

The whole of the area of The Council of the City of Wakefield except—

(a) the M1 motorway from the district boundary with Barnsley Metropolitan Borough at Ordnance Survey national grid reference point SE429770412080 to the boundary with Leeds Metropolitan District at Ordnance Survey national grid reference point SE429500423020;

(b) the M62 motorway from the district boundary of Leeds Metropolitan District at Ordnance Survey national grid reference point SE437835425155 to the boundary of North Yorkshire County Council at Ordnance Survey national grid reference point SE452980422380;

(c) the A1M motorway from its junction with the A1 at Ordnance Survey national grid reference point SE448615421100 to the boundary of Leeds Metropolitan District at Ordnance Survey national grid reference point SE447210426680;

(d) the A1 from the boundary with the Doncaster Metropolitan Borough at Ordnance Survey national grid reference point SE451060413640 to its junction with the A1M at Ordnance Survey national grid reference point SE448615421100; and

(e) the A162 from its junction with the A1 at Ordnance Survey national grid reference point SE448615421100 to its junction with the top of the north bound slip road at M62 junction 33 at Ordnance Survey national grid reference point SE448400422700 including the junction 33 roundabout and slip roads.
