1.The length of the London-Penzance Trunk Road (A30), which extends between its junction with the A4 Trunk Road (Great West Road) at Henlys Corner, and the boundary with the County of Surrey, a distance of approximately 5.5 kilometres.

Article 3(2)

SCHEDULE 2Areas of the trunk road red route clearway to which the prohibitions and restrictions specified in article 3(1) do not apply.

1.Between the south-east kerb-line of Great South West Road and a point 2.5 metres north-westward—between a point 3 metres north-east of the common boundary of 135 and 137 Bedfont Close and a point 110 metres north-east of that point.
2.Between the south-east kerb-line of Great South West Road and a point 2.5 metres north-westward—between a point 54 metres south-west of the south-western kerb-line of Ariel Way and a point 83.5 metres south-west of that point.
3.Between the south-east kerb-line of Great South West Road and a point 2.5 metres north-westward—between a point 1 metre south-west of the common boundary of 90 and 92 Great South-West Road (A4 Trunk Road) and a point 6 metres north-east of the common boundary of 40 and 42 Great South West Road (A4 Trunk Road).
Great South West Road—North-west side
4.Betwen the north-west kerb-line of Great South West Road and a point 2.5 metres south-eastward—between a point 8 metres north-east of the common boundary of 135 and 137 Bedford Close and a point 115.5 metres north-eastwards of that point.
5.Between the north-west kerb-line of Great South West Road and a point 2.5 metres south-eastward—between a point 2 metres south-west of the common boundary of 59 and 61 Great South West Road (A4 Trunk Road) and a point 2 metres north-east of the common boundary of 23 and 25 Great West Road (A4 Trunk Road).
Staines Road—south-east side
6.Between the south-east kerb-line of Staines Road and a point 2.5 metres north-westward—between a point 66.5 metres north-east of the north-eastern boundary of 776 Staines Road (A30 Trunk Road) and the boundary with the County of Surrey.
7.Between the south-east kerb-line of Staines Road and a point 1.8 metres north-westward—between a point 9 metres north-east of a point opposite the north-eastern wall of 1 Holly Cottage, Staines Road (A30 Trunk Road) and a point 2 metres south-west of a point opposite the party wall of 3 and 4 Holly Cottage, Staines Road (A30 Trunk Road).
Staines Road—north-west side
8.Between the north-west kerb-line of Staines Road and a point 2.4 metres south-eastward—between a point 17 metres north-east of the north-eastern boundary of 776 Staines Road (A30 Trunk Road) and a point 43.5 metres north-east of that point.
