E. Os ydych yn meddiannu fflat mewn adeilad, a chithau'n dymuno gwneud gwaith ar eich fflat ac ar rannau cyffredin yr adeilad, gall fod angen i chi gyflwyno mwy nag un dystysgrif o ddaliadaeth at y dyfodôl gyda'ch cais. Os oes gennych denantiaeth eich fflat ag o leiaf bum mlynedd eto i fynd, cewch eich ystyried yn ddeiliad-berchennog mewn perthynas â'r cais am waith ar eich fflat (ac felly dylech gyflwyno tystysgrif deiliad-berchnogaeth), ac fel tenant mewn perthynas â'r cais am waith ar y rhannau cyffredin (a dylech gyflwyno tystysgrif tenant ar gyfer hynny).
