1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) (Welsh Forms and Particulars) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 20th February 1991.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) Regulations 1990(1).
2. The forms set out in the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby prescribed as versions in Welsh which may be used instead of the corresponding forms in the schedule to the principal Regulations for the purposes set out in regulation 3 of the principal Regulations.
3. Forms substantially to the like effect to the forms set out in the Schedule to these Regulations may be used.
4. The prescribed particulars to be contained in any application for grant, the form of which is prescribed by regulations 2 and 3 above, are the particulars required by that form (other than those required by section 102(2) of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989).
