THE SCHEDULETHE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL H8 STANDING WAY (V8-V10) DUALLING (CANAL BRIDGE) SCHEME 1990
THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF BUCKINGHAMSHIRE (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”) makes this Scheme in exercise of their powers under section 106 of the Highways Act 1980 and of all other enabling powers:—
1. The Council are authorised to construct over the navigable waters of the Grand Union Canal at Tinkers Bridge in the Borough of Milton Keynes in the County of Buckinghamshire the bridge specified in the Schedule to this Scheme adjacent to the existing bridge as part of the highway H8 Standing Way between the V8 highway and the V10 highway in the Borough of Milton Keynes aforesaid which the Council is proposing to dual.
2. This Scheme may be cited as The Buckinghamshire County Council H8 Standing Way (V8-V10) Dualling (Canal Bridge) Scheme 1990.
GIVEN under the Common Seal of the Council this 18th day of May 1990.
SCHEDULE
The location and specifications of the bridge are shown on drawing number M2016/050 attached hereto and the construction of the bridge shall include:—
| Clear Square Span | 22.5 metres |
| Minimum Waterway Width | 15 metres |
| Minimum Canal Headroom | 3 metres |
