THE SCHEDULE TO THE INSTRUMENT

THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF BUCKINGHAMSHIRE (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”) make this Scheme in exercise of their powers under section 106 of the Highways Act 1980 and of all other enabling powers:—

1.  The Council are authorised to construct over the navigable waters of the Grand Union Canal between Downhead Park and Willen Park in the Borough of Milton Keynes in the County of Buckinghamshire the bridge specified in the Schedule to this Scheme as part of the highway which they are proposing to construct between Stanway Crescent Downhead Park and Hammond Crescent Willen Park in the Borough of Milton Keynes in the said County.

2.  This Scheme may be cited as The Buckinghamshire County Council Downhead Park to Willen Park (Canal Bridge) Scheme 1989.

GIVEN under the Common Seal of the Council this twenty first day of June 1989

THE SCHEDULE TO THE SCHEME

The location and specifications of the bridge are shown on drawing number M0553/010 attached hereto and the construction of the bridge shall include:—

span7.8 metres
Minimum Waterway Width6.0 metres
Minimum Canal Headroom3.0 metres

THE COMMON SEAL OF BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL was hereunto affixed in the presence of:
