Section A

All staff employed by ILEA to work in the area of the London Borough of Hackney in the following classes or descriptions of post:

1.  adult education posts based at Hackney Adult Education Institute;

2.  teachers, attendants and secretaries based at the Individual Tuition Centre, Edith Cavell Building;

3.  school-based teachers, general attendants and welfare helpers giving individual support to children which is specified within their statements of special educational needs, and the divisional coordinator based at Hackney Teachers' Centre;

4.  teachers in the specific learning difficulties service based at London Fields, Mandeville and Northwold Schools, and at Hackney Teachers' Centre;

5.  teachers, escorts and general attendants based in tutorial classes at 2 Hilsea Street, Hoxton House, John Scott Health Centre and Marian Court;

6.  teachers, main grade staff and midday supervisors in the off-site and school support service based at the following centres: Hackney Teachers' Centre, Education Guidance Centre, Hackney Secondary School Support Centre, Marcon Education Project and Hackney Marshes Education Centre;

7.  Technical and Vocational Education Initiative teachers and main grade staff based at Hackney Teachers' Centre;

8.  teachers in the unified language service based at Hackney Language Centre, Clissold Road and the Hackney Teachers' Centre;

9.  teachers and nursery nurses in hospital tuition groups at the Queen Elizabeth hospital and the Donald Winnacott centre;

10.  teachers, secretaries and cleaners based in the Lower Clapton, Woodberry Down and Homerton Child Guidance Units;

11.  Bengali specialist teacher based at Princess May School;

12.  school-based teachers in the community language/bilingual development service;

13.  peripatetic nursery nurses based at Comets Nursery, Millfields Infants', Sebright Infants', Wentworth Nursery and Whitmore Primary Schools;

14.  all staff based at the multi-purpose teachers' centre in Hackney Teachers' Centre;

15.  early childhood coordinator based at Hackney Teachers' Centre;

16.  16–19 coordinator based at Hackney Teachers' Centre;

17.  multi-ethnic coordinator based at Hackney Teachers' Centre;

18.  divisional industry-schools coordinator based at Hackney Teachers' Centre;

19.  teacher-in-charge and secretary based at the school study collection in Hackney Teachers' Centre;

20.  teacher based at the English Centre in Hackney Teachers' Centre;

21.  music divisional coordinator based at Sir Thomas Abney School;

22.  Parents and Children and Teachers advisory post based at Woodberry Down School;

23.  schoolkeepers to whom article 3(1)(a) of this Order does not apply.
