Application, title and commencement
1. This Order, which applies to land in England and Wales, may be cited as the Milk Quota (Calculation of Standard Quota) (Amendment) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 6th February 1990.
Amendment of principal Order
2. The Milk Quota (Calculation of Standard Quota) Order 1986(1) is hereby amended by substituting for the Schedule thereto the provisions contained in the Schedule to this Order.
