30. ALL and WHOLE that area of ground situated on the southwest of a public road leading in a north westerly direction from the Stornoway-Tolsta Road at Old School Road, Back, Isle of Lewis in the Western Isles area and for the registration purposes in the County of Ross and Cromarty extending to Two hundred and eleven decimal or one thousandth parts of a hectare or thereby as shown delineated in red and coloured pink on the plan annexed and executed as relative to Disposition by Western Isles Islands Council in favour of Scottish Homes dated the Twenty Second day of February and recorded in the Division of the General Register of Sasines for the County of Ross and Cromarty on the Fourteenth day of March both in the year Nineteen hundred and ninety; under exception of the dominium utile of all parts of the said subjects of which feus have been granted.
