31. ALL and WHOLE that area of ground extending to One thousand one hundred and eighty five decimal or ten thousandth parts of a hectare or thereby lying to the east of Macaulay Road, Stornway, Isle of Lewis and for registration purposes in the County of Ross and Cromarty shown outlined in red on the plan annexed and signed as relative to Disposition by Western Isle Islands Council in favour of Scottish Special Housing Association dated the Twenty seventh day of January and recorded in the Division of the General Register of Sasines for the County of Ross and Cromarty on Thirteenth day of April both in the year Nineteen hundred and eighty eight; under exception of the dominium utile of all parts of the said subjects of which feus have been granted.
