29. ALL and WHOLE that plot or area of ground extending to Sixty nine decimal or one hundredth parts of a hectare or thereby lying in the Township of Garenin and bounded on the South by the road to Upper Carloway and on the west by the road to Borrowston disponed by and shown delineated and coloured red on the plan annexed and executed as relative to Disposition by Lewis Island Crofters Limited with consent therein mentioned in favour of Scottish Special Housing Association dated Ninth December Nineteen hundred and eighty and Sixteenth January Nineteen hundred and eighty one and recorded in the Division of the General Register of Sasines applicable to the County of Ross and Cromarty on Twelfth March Nineteen hundred and eighty one; under exception of the dominium utile of all parts of the said subjects of which feus have been granted.
