20. Yn lle erthygl 32 (twnelau turiedig) rhodder—
Twnelau turiedig
32.—(1) Mae erthygl 4 yn gymwys i ddyddodiad neu weithgaredd gweithiau a ymgymerir yn gyfan gwbl o dan wely’r môr mewn cysylltiad ag adeiladu neu weithredu twnnel turiedig.
(2) Mae paragraff (1) yn ddarostyngedig i amodau 1 i 3.
(3) Amod 1 yw na chaiff y gweithgaredd effeithio’n andwyol ar amgylchedd Cymru, rhanbarth glannau Cymru a rhanbarth môr mawr Cymru na’r adnoddau byw y mae’r amgylchedd hwnnw yn eu cynnal.
(4) Amod 2 yw nad yw’r dyddodiad na’r gweithgaredd gweithiau yn achosi neu’n debygol o achosi rhwystr neu berygl i fordwyaeth.
(5) Amod 3 yw nad yw’r dyddodiad na’r gweithgaredd gweithiau yn achosi neu’n debygol o achosi difrod i nodweddion o ddiddordeb archaeolegol neu hanesyddol.
(6) Ond nid yw erthygl 4 yn gymwys i unrhyw ddyddodiad o’r fath a ymgymerir at y diben o waredu.”
