Adnabod anifeiliaid a symudir o'r daliad geni neu'r daliad mewnforio yn y Deyrnas Unedig
7.—(1) Yn unol ag Erthygl 4(2)(c) o Reoliad y Cyngor, y system i gymryd lle'r ail ddull o adnabod, ac eithrio ar gyfer anifail sy'n gysylltiedig â masnach o fewn y Gymuned, yw'r system yn Atodlen 1.
(2) Ar ben hyn, mae darpariaethau Atodlen 1 yn gymwys yn ogystal â'r gofynion canlynol—
(a)Erthyglau 4(1), 4(2)(a), 4(4), 4(5) a 4(6) o Reoliad y Cyngor a'r Rhan hon o'r Gorchymyn hwn;
(b)Erthyglau 5(1), 5(3) a 5(5) o Reoliad y Cyngor a Rhan 3 o'r Gorchymyn hwn; ac
(c)Erthyglau 6(1) a 6(3) o Reoliad y Cyngor a Rhan 4 o'r Gorchymyn hwn.
(3) Hefyd mae Atodlen 1 yn gymwys i anifeiliaid a anwyd ar neu cyn 9 Gorffennaf 2005.
