Adnabod anifeiliaid a symudir i Aelod—wladwriaeth arall o'r daliad geni neu'r daliad mewnforio
8.—(1) Yn achos anifail a anwyd ar ôl 9 Gorffennaf 2005 ac sy'n gysylltiedig â masnach o fewn y Gymuned, nid yw Atodlen 1 yn gymwys. Yr ail ddull o adnabod a ddynodir yn Erthygl 4(2)(b) o Reoliad y Cyngor yw tag clust neu dransbonder electronig sy'n cydymffurfio ag Adran A.4 o'r Atodiad i Reoliad y Cyngor.
(2) Mae'n rhaid bod gan yr ail ddull o adnabod—
(a)cod adnabod sydd yr union yr un fath â'r cod a ddefnyddiwyd yn y dull cyntaf o adnabod o dan erthygl 6(3), yn achos anifail a anwyd yng Nghymru, neu erthygl 10(3), yn achos anifail a fewnforiwyd o drydedd wlad; neu
(b)yn achos lle nad oes dim ond tag clust, y llythrennau “UK”, nod y ddiadell neu nod yr eifre ar gyfer y ddiadell neu'r eifre lle cafodd yr anifail ei eni neu ei fewnforio, Rhif unigryw a'r llythyren “X”.
