Cymeradwyo tagiau clust
22.—(1) Yn ogystal â chymeradwyo tagiau clustiau at bwrpas Adran A.3 o'r Atodiad i Reoliad y Cyngor, rhaid i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru gymeradwyo tagiau clustiau at ddibenion y Gorchymyn hwn.
(2) Ni chaiff Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru gymeradwyo tagiau clust o dan baragraff (1) ac eithrio pan mae wedi'i fodloni eu bod—
(a)wedi eu gwneud o ddeunydd sydd ddim yn ddiraddiadwy;
(b)na ellid ymyrryd â nhw;
(c)eu bod yn hawdd i'w darllen;
(ch)eu bod wedi eu dylunio i aros ar anifail heb ei niweidio;
(d)eu bod yn amhosibl i'w hail—ddefnyddio; a
(dd)eu bod wedi eu nodi'n barhaol gyda'r wybodaeth sy'n ofynnol gan y Gorchymyn hwn.
