Tynnu tagiau clust neu roi rhai newydd yn eu lle

23.—(1Ni chaiff unrhyw berson dynnu unrhyw dag symud, tag adnabod, tag X neu dag R oddi ar anifail heb awdurdod Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, oni bai ei fod yn cael ei dynnu i atal poen neu ddioddef diangen i'r anifail.

(2Mae paragraffau (3) i (5) yn ddarostyngedig i erthygl 25.

(3Os caiff tag symud ei dynnu neu ei golli neu os yw wedi mynd yn annarllenadwy, mae'n rhaid i geidwad yr anifail, os yw'n gwybod Rhif y tag symud hwnnw, roi tag newydd yr union yr un fath ar yr anifail cyn gynted ag y bo modd, ond dim mwy na 6 mis, ar ôl i'r tag symud gael ei dynnu neu ei golli neu ar ôl sylwi ei fod yn annarllenadwy, ond ym mhob achos cyn i'r anifail gael ei symud o'r daliad.

(4Os caiff tag adnabod ei dynnu neu ei golli neu os yw'n mynd yn annarllenadwy, mae'n rhaid i geidwad yr anifail roi tag newydd yr union yr un fath yn ei le neu roi tag R ar yr anifail cyn gynted ag y bo modd, ond ddim mwy na 6 mis, ar ôl i'r tag adnabod gael ei dynnu neu ei golli neu ar ôl sylwi ei fod yn annarllenadwy, ond ym mhob achos cyn i'r anifail gael ei symud o'r daliad.

(5Os caiff tag R ei dynnu neu ei golli neu os yw wedi mynd yn annarllenadwy, mae'n rhaid i geidwad yr anifail roi tag newydd yr union yr un fath yn ei le neu roi tag R arall ar yr anifail cyn gynted ag y bo modd, ond dim mwy na 6 mis, ar ôl i'r tag R gael ei dynnu neu ei golli neu ar ôl sylwi ei fod yn annarllenadwy, ond ym mhob achos cyn i'r anifail gael ei symud o'r daliad.

(6At bwrpas yr erthygl hon, mae “tag symud”, “tag adnabod”, “tag X” a “tag R” yn cynnwys unrhyw dag clust sydd wedi ei cael roi ar anifail yn Lloegr, yr Alban neu Ogledd Iwerddon yn unol â Rheoliad y Cyngor ac unrhyw ddarpariaethau sy'n rhoi grym i Reoliad y Cyngor yn Lloegr, yr Alban a Gogledd Iwerddon sydd â'r un cod â thag symud, tag adnabod, tag X neu dag R.
