Cyflenwi gwybodaeth
21.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (2), mae unrhyw geidwad sy'n methu â chydymffurfio ag Erthygl 8(2) o Reoliad y Cyngor yn euog o drosedd yn erbyn Deddf Iechyd Anifeiliaid 1981.
(2) Nid yw paragraff (1) yn gymwys mewn perthynas â gwybodaeth a ddarparwyd i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru yn unol ag erthygl 3 o Orchymyn Adnabod a Symud Defaid a Geifr (Mesurau Dros Dro) (Cymru) (Rhif 2) 2002(1).
(3) Mae'n rhaid i'r ceidwad hysbysu Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru mewn ysgrifen am unrhyw newid yn yr wybodaeth a nodwyd yn Erthygl 8(2) o Reoliad y Cyngor o fewn 30 diwrnod i unrhyw newid o'r fath.
(4) Ar ôl derbyn hysbysiad o dan Erthygl 8(2) o Reoliad y Cyngor bod person wedi dod yn geidwad ar ddaliad, mae'n rhaid i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (5), ddyrannu nod y ddiadell mewn perthynas â phob diadell o ddefaid ar y daliad a nod yr eifre mewn perthynas â phob geifre o eifr ar y daliad.
(5) Lle bo'r daliad yn lladd—dy neu'n farchnad, mae'n rhaid i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru ddyrannu nod y ddiadell neu nod yr eifre lle mae'n ystyried ei fod yn briodol i wneud hynny yn unig.
