Cyrff ymgynghori
4.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (2), mewn perthynas â phob cynllun neu raglen y mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys iddynt, mae pob un o'r cyrff canlynol yn gyrff ymgynghori—
(a)Cyngor Cefn Gwlad Cymru;
(b)Asiantaeth yr Amgylchedd; a
(c)Cadw.
(2) Os bydd corff a grybwyllir ym mharagraff (1) ar unrhyw adeg yn awdurdod cyfrifol o ran cynllun neu raglen, rhaid iddo beidio ar yr adeg honno ag arfer swyddogaethau corff ymgynghori o dan y Rheoliadau hyn mewn perthynas â'r cynllun hwnnw neu'r rhaglen honno; ac mae cyfeiriadau at gyrff ymgynghori yn narpariaethau canlynol y Rheoliadau hyn i'w dehongli yn unol â hynny.
