Efallai na fydd deddfwriaeth ddiwygiedig sydd ar y safle hwn yn gwbl gyfoes. 3Darparwr llety ymwelwyrLL+C

(1)Mae’r adran hon yn gymwys at ddibenion y Ddeddf hon.

(2)Mae person yn ddarparwr llety ymwelwyr (“DLlY”) os yw’r person hwnnw—

(a)yng nghwrs masnach neu fusnes,

(b)yn darparu, neu’n cynnig darparu, llety ymwelwyr mewn mangre yng Nghymru, ac

(c)yn feddiannydd ar y fangre lle y darperir y llety ymwelwyr.

(3)Mae person yn darparu llety ymwelwyr os yw’r person hwnnw yn ymrwymo i gontract y mae gan un neu ragor o bobl hawlogaeth i breswylio yn y llety am un neu ragor o nosweithiau odano neu o ganlyniad iddo.

(4)Yn is-adran (3), nid yw “contract” yn cynnwys contract gwasanaeth, contract prentisiaeth, na chontract am wasanaethau y mae person sydd â hawlogaeth i breswylio yn y llety ymwelwyr yn darparu gwasanaethau odano i’r DLlY.‍

(5)Yn y Ddeddf hon—

(a)mae “yn cynnig darparu”, mewn perthynas â llety ymwelwyr, yn cynnwys hysbysebu’r llety neu ei farchnata fel arall, neu wneud unrhyw berson yn ymwybodol fel arall fod y llety ar gael ar gyfer arosiadau;

(b)mae cyfeiriadau at “darparwr llety ymwelwyr” (neu “DLlY”) yn cynnwys, oni bai bod y cyd-destun yn mynnu fel arall, berson sydd wedi ei gofrestru o dan Ran 2 o’r Ddeddf hon, ni waeth a yw’r person hwnnw yn dod o fewn is-adran (2) ar unrhyw adeg benodol.
