  14. XIII.Commissioners, &c. to observe the Directions of the Treasury; and furnish the several Parts of the Kingdom with stamped Vellum, &c.

  15. XIV.Persons suing in forma pauperis, not to pay Duty.

  16. XV.All Records, Writs, &c. to be ingrossed as usual.

  17. XVI.In case Stamps altered, Persons having stamped Vellum, &c. by them not ingrossed, in 60 Days after Proclamation, may bring the same to the Head Office in London, and Commissioners to deliver them the like Quantity new stamped, &c. without Fee.

  18. XVII.Commissioners Salaries, &c. and incident Charges, to be paid out of the Duties.

  19. XVIII.Proclamation for altering the Stamps to be sent to the Mayor, &c. of every Corporation, &c; who shall cause the same to be published, &c. Penalty £200.

  20. XIX.Treasury once a Year to set the Prices on stamped Vellum, &c.

  21. XX.Briefs not charged.
