And to the end His Majesty His Heirs or Successors may not be defrauded of any of the said Duties upon Velum Parchment and Paper be it enacted That all Records Writts Pleadings or other Proceedings in Courts of Law and Equity and all Deeds Instruments and Writings whatsoever hereby charged shall be ingrossed and written in such Manner as they have been usually accustomed to be written and are now written.
