VI.Sea Officers to pay the same Duty as Land Officers.
Provided also and it is hereby enacted and declared by the Authority aforesaid That the Officers at Sea shall by this Act pay the same Duty for their Stamps that the Officers of the Army at Land pay by this Act and no more upon the same Act only Any thing herein contained to the contrary notwithstanding.
